i cant seem to be able to log onto my main character, everytime I do, I get put into a loading screen then it close itself down

Could you please provide the stuck character’s name and the server name so that I can try to relocate the character to a safer place for you which should usually resolve this issue?
I also request you to log out of the game for the time being.

I have relocated the character named “yukiblade” to Prideholme for you. Please verify the integrity of the game files on Steam Client before relaunching the game and check if you are able to access it now.
If the issue still persists, Please submit a Web Ticket to our Support Staff using the below mentioned link along with the link to this thread to escalate the issue further.
