Hello, ive been stuck in the loading screen on the:
Server - Kadan
Character - Mcbrainiac
Level - 26
Gear - 123 i think
Ive seen other people post that a gm just comes in and teleports them to a safe area since the area is bugged for loading, could i kindly ask a gm to help me with this? or any other solution that unstucks my character. Cheers and have a good day

The operations team is already aware of this issue and they are working on it. I trully apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, it is kind of annoying to get stuck like that and I totally understand you not being able to make progress in the game. Here is the notice from Roxx,

what are you talking about? it’s a local issue on Kadan, and yes that sucks… but they where very fast to see the issue and are trying to do something about it. they answer our questions and being transparent.

Hey! Do server lists update automatically while the game is running, hence I don’t see a refresh button, or is it better to log off completely and start the game as soon as the server is back up?!
yea i payed, but i have played games for many years and seen many launches. stuff like this happen, pay or not. i agree that it sucks, as do everyone els… but nothing we can do but hope that they have people working on the issue fast and it seems like they do
in world of warcraft u get 2 or 3 more days to play for free +here u wont get anything
The real problem is doing a restart in Prime time instead of some other dead time… thats the real issue here.

i got -_- i stayed in queue to enter around 1h and afetr 30 min of gameplay i got that
this is a good question actually. Do we need to restart the game to Enter or will I see the server go to Busy?
I have been logged in and playing for the last 10H and now i gotta go back to what i expect will be a massive queue because they decided to do a restart in prime time, but surely they aren’t dumb to the point of doing a restart at this time just because they wanted to.
If there’s someone who needs to get anything sorted out, it is you. Queues on large launches are normal, if you hadn’t wanted to wait in a queue, you could have joined a less crowded server. Stuff like this happens.
I generally do get the outrage, I myself lost a lot of time because I couldn’t connect to the server, but stop being so aggressive and negative. This doesn’t help anyone.
yea we are all in the same boat, rly sucks… and yea ofc they dont want to take the server down =P
