My main character Yeezus on Gienah (SA region) is stuck at the loading screen, for the second time, I can’t enter Yorn’s Cradle on this character, my game freezes and crashes, but I have the quest chain for Kadan and I have to be able to get to Yorn, but I can’t. Is there any way for me to get relocated to Great Castle?

Let me go ahead and relocate your character to Prideholme. If you are ingame please close it for a few minutes and if is possible run the Steam file check just to discard possible issues.
