My character’s name is Hyacinthe on the server Karta - US West. Tried to start the rapport quest for Ealyn and the game crashed on the quest portal. Someone said to contact live support … where is that exactly? I can’t find anything in the game. Thanks!

The team is aware of that and fix for it is in the work.
