Hi, computer crashed while playing Lost Ark and now when I try to log back in I get stuck on a black screen after choosing my server. Unable to even see the character selection screen.
I’ve restarted my computer and verified the integrity of game files through steam with no luck.
I suspect I’ve gotten stuck?

Server: Mari
Character I was on during the crash: Fäncy
Any help would be appreciated!
Hi,
i had a similar problem on sunday. Screen went black after i selected my server, sound still playing. Updating my grapic card driver was the solution for me. Strangely every other game i had installed was working fine with the older driver.

Sorry to hear about the problem you’re experiencing.
Can you please check your PC updates? If you’re running on a Windows PC, please update your OS, since DirectX usually updates with Windows itself.
Afterwards, do these steps:
Ensure you’re using the latest updated version of Lost Ark
Proceed to unlink Steam with Amazon. You can find out how to do this here: Link or Unlink your Amazon and Steam Accounts | Amazon Games
Relink Steam to Amazon.
Again, verify the integrity of your game files with these steps: Verify Integrity of Game Files | Steam
Start the game and test it out.
