As you already know, for the trust status we must have at least a $5 purchase on Steam and the two factor authenticator enabled, however in some case the system takes longer to verify this information and make the account Trusted.
Unfortunately here on the forums mods or community managers don’t have access to any tool related, neither the Customer Support.
Right now is a matter of waiting on the system.

My apologies to hear about the inconvenience with the stucked character. I was gonna check it and move it to a city to try to unstuck it but I can’t find it. Is the character called Khalüä? Can you give me the name of an alt char in the same server/region as reference?

HI it’s me again
Kahlüä - Regulus, was moved to prideholm fine
So i moved all the way back to yorn and went to the iron Hammer mine for my story quest (where I got stuck last time), and i am stuck again just like last time.
What may be the problem? I cant play my character and she is under story express that I cant even skip the quests.
Still not fixed ;p

I’m sorry to hear that this issue is still affecting you, just to clarify, your character is still stuck after you went back the second time correct?
If that is the case just let me know so I can relocate your character again!
Hi, when I went back, I was moved to Prideholme again. So I went back to Iron Hammering Mine to continue my story quest, I got stuck again.
So this is obviously a recurring bug.
(I am still stuck in Iron Hammering Mine atm still)
Could I get a help with it :]
I would love to be moved out of it, but also even if I were to be moved, if the bug repeats the third time… then I can’t proceed with my quest.

Regarding the possible bug, I’ll ask you that when you have a chance please contact our colleagues in Customer support:
They will escalate your issue with a ticket to find a resolution ASAP, please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
I’m working on the relocation now, please confirm when the game is closed to proceed.

@Firus Hello! Yesterday when I entered Valtan raid, my game just froze on a black screen. I logged into another character and after a few minutes it also froze on a black screen after I entered an island.
Now, my game is just stuck on the Lost Ark logo screen during startup (after the EAC loading). I don’t know if they were stuck, but perhaps you could help me! Thank you!
