All my characters are stuck on 75% loading screen and receive an error message after 5-10 minutes then game closes down.
Have tried file verification in Steam, but nothing works. Are now permanently locked out of Lost Ark until this issue is fixed.

Area: Was at Glacier Isle and entering Open Seas, then loading screen got stuck at around 70%

I was stuck for a while as well. Sometimes the game crashed by itself, and some times I just closed it to try a different method.
Restarted steam didn’t work, restarting computer didn’t work.
Tried on 4 different characters.
When I finally did get back into the character that intially had the problem, I got errorcode “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game. [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT]”.
Same, sits on loading for all my characters for 5 minutes, then crashes with G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT error.

Same ISP / IP as I used less than 12 hours earlier, (before the update.)

I’m sorry you’re having these issues with the servers.
This and similar issues have been escalated to our devs, and they’re stated as general issues. These issues are currently being solved with a server restart and maintenance.
