Hi,
I can’t progress the Bastian and Sasha rapport quests Town Hall Terror and The Hard Way. The first requires me to ask something of Sasha, but she’s missing, whereas the other requires me to enter the Town Hall, but it’s not triggering when I do. You can see the current status in this screenshot, along with the lack of Sasha and Bastian in their normal locations:
Seems like a bug to me.
Click on this, it will show you where the npc is at or where to go.
Both of those links just show the Stern map, no Rapport location indicators
kekw, One requires you to ask Bastian, but Bastian is not there because is involved in Sasha’s quest. You only need to abandom one of the 2. And complete it later.

If you ever find an NPC is ‘missing’, this usually means that there is another conflicting quest pulling them to a different location. Completing or abandoning this other quest will return the NPC to their expected location.

Thanks. I didn’t think to abandon one of the quests. So this is not uncommon then? It’s a shame if conflicting quests can be open at the same time without the player doing anything weird.
Yeah it’s quite common, especially when users take rapport quests for NPC’s, as those quests tend to take them on a journey.
I have provided feedback to the team that it often becomes unclear where an NPC is or what quest they’re currently tied to in these cases.
Quite common, happened to me with Nineveh, I had to complete a really long chain quest, and when I finally got her, she gave me a mission, and she left again, and another NPC gave me a mission that required to talk to Nineveh.
