i get stucked at ags loading screen and nothing happen
this is the screen where i get stucked

i already re istalled the game
i already did convalid file from steam
i tried clear steam cache
some tips?

I am so sorry about this issue, and really appreciate that you shared the tried troubleshooting.

Kindly try a few more steps as listed below-

  • Quit and (if required) force stop the game and steam.

  • Run steam and Lost Ark as administrator and relaunch game.

  • Troubleshoot your firewall

Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:

  1. Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

  2. Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

  3. Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

  4. Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

  5. Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

  • If you’re still having trouble, the next step is to disable your firewall temporarily. We do not recommend leaving your firewall disabled long term. It should be enabled or reinstalled as soon as you’ve confirmed that it’s not causing your issues.

opened steam and lost ark how administrator and nothing happened,

lost ark was already checked how public and private on firewall,

tried to open whit disable firewall and nothing happened

Please perform the following once-

  • Check internet connectivity.

  • Scan for malware.

  • Repair Easy Anti Cheat-

    1. Open the New World Application in your Steam library.
    2. Open Settings, select Manage, and then Browse Local Files.
    3. Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
    4. Launch the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe file as administrator, and run it.
    5. Select Repair.

  • Restart the PC completely.

  • Close any overlay apps.

  • Check the minimum PC requirements-
    Lost Ark System Requirements - Support | Amazon Games

  • Check for updates for Lost Ark, graphic drivers, windows.

I am sorry to hear that after all the mentioned steps you are unable to launch the game.

The last thing I would recommend you is to reinstall the game completely.

If it doesn’t work, then we have to reach out to the developers for further help.

Please contact our customer support line so they can raise a ticket for your concern and get a resolution as soon as possible.

Make sure you try to reinstall it once before contacting customer support!
