I mean to be fair look what My.Games did to the russian version of the game. Greedy as all get out. A publisher can be more detrimental than a developer many times.

No. Almost everyone either skips T1+T2 entirely by boosting directly to T3. But okay I guess you can call it a “catchup mechanic”.
I am not sure what point you are trying to make. Are you confused?
Give us all the events and T3 content the other regions have to get mats and we should be good.
Clearly one month into the game we should have T3 power pass or buyable boosts

It was filled with poor decisions.
- They released t3 without honning buffs leading to massive frustration of players in the end of t1 and t2:
1.1. They should release T3 with honning buffs or;
1.2. release without honning buffs and add one tier at a time, 2-4 weeks in T1, 2-4 weeks in T2, then T3. - We dont have honning buffs and we are missing a a lot content sources of materials (abyss challenge, guardian challenge, among others).
- People just started playing, there is no alts to feed the main; we are missing a lot of content for material income.
So, yes, very poor decision making in the launch of Lost Ark NA/SA/EU, and im not too optimistic they will start making good decisions.
and thats not to mention queues, mainly EU queues. SA and most of NA were smooth in that regards, but EU was a shitfest.

Nah, i think it is good, that they putting in content for the late game in some other mmos, there still aren´t any late game content.
