Stutter after exactly a minute after last update

Dude we know its the game.When the game gets suddenly worst after the update then its the game.

There are serious issues with our client (not a support post)

Hello Everyone! I made this post so people who have similar issues can spread the word and hopefully we’ll all have a better experience, because either our client is completely ruined (especially since the latest patches) or EAC is hindering our systems big time. As you can clearly see on the video there are huge frame drops and the game is struggling to stay above 70fps on low-mid settings (capped at 100fps for somewhat better frames) and on the RU client there are no issues and the game run…

How about you press whoever is in charge of our version and why it runs so bad compared to other regions?I guarantee you most of these stutters/performance issues on our side are all related to whats causing our version to run so bad.

Yes I tried every step in the troubleshooting page and I’m still getting the issue. Also, I have created the ticket, so I’m waiting for a response.

Dare to say this is an issue on my end when I LITERALLY did this raid fine before clown update. And many other people as well because I’m not the only one.
The only thing I wanna hear is you forwarding this to the devs and letting us know that its actually being looked at

Holy sh*t, your stutters are even worse than mine. At least mine are shorter and not this frequent, at least not yet, but it’s infuriating that there’s nothing we can do about it.

I just did the previous gate before this with the “normal” 3/4 small freezes (that also shouldn’t happen) but not like this. I had this only once in valtan G2 but that fixed itself after a restart

Dont think its g-sync.I have g-sync enabled and its nowhere near as bad as OPs.

I mean a good rule of thumb on a fresh install of windows is disable ALL overlays.
That includes Gamebar,discord and steam. Also if you’re using an Nvidia card you might want to uninstall geforce experience too.They’re all bloat.

I just disabled steam overlay but that didn’t help. not gonna do a fresh install when it wasn’t a problem before, way too much work. And I only use experience to see when there’s a new driver. But then again, how could these things be a problem now when I had no problems before the update?

So they did some infrastructure changes with this weeks reset. Does anyone know what this could mean? Would this help our problem?

I JUST DID A BIG FIND
The stutter happens EVERY MINUTE. I checked it in a raid and outside. all of them are after a minute.

Example where it happens once with stopwatch at end: Twitch

2nd example with 2 times: Twitch

Example in a raid, you can get a stopwatch yourself and clock it: Twitch

I hope @Fenrirskoll can do something with this because I’m 99.99% sure that it happens every minute.
Maybe other people can check it for this as well.

Im pretty sure it doesnt. i was thinking about that as well but i cant think of 1 game that does it. what would be the solution anyway?

Black desert online (another EAC game) Also has timed stutters.(removing UI elements helped with the frequency of the timed stutter)
Just an educated guess here but I know you probably know where I’m going.

Granted it could be just a coincedence that both games use EAC and you might have something else going on like discord Hardware acceleration (try turning that off too) or some background fan controlling app?ICU?I think thats what it was called?

I just tried discord but that didnt help. i do have ai suite running for my fan speeds. would that be safe to turn it off?

Check and see.Worst that could happen is fans go to default.

exited both ai suite and afterburner but that didnt work. would a restart without having those programs start be useful?
