To improve the transparency, your employee who has the highest responsibility for the game makes a Q&A livestream/forum where he answers the questions regarding the issues, just like the koreans do this on LOA ON.
For example:
Why did you fail to raise a correct number of expected players at the release? (Keywords: overloaded server, database failure and so on…you know what happened at release)
Why did you and smilegate decide to release skins very very slowly ? (businessmodel?)
Why did you and smilegate decide to drop classes in a monthy intervals?
How did you evaluate your data incorrectly and thus create a wrong roadmap/prediction of content?
I think alot of people are interested to know your reasons why AGS decided to go this way of managing Lost Ark.
