Do you have every rune? Seems like the legendary galewind dropped fine for you.
I did 187 runs before getting it, also i still need a legendary overwhelm from stronghold

This is in Trixion before selecting a class. I didn’t even make it to Prideholme.
I think this is an artifact from when Lost Ark had character prologues. You go through your character prologues before you chose your subclass/advanced class. For mages, the skills given to you during the prologue were summoner skills. I’m willing to bet you could replicate this with any other class category. I don’t know what skills were available for prologue for the other class categories, but I’m betting it’s the original 5: berserker, wardancer, summoner, deadeye, and deathblade. For the gender unlocked classes, probably just gunslinger and striker
Edit: the prologue class should match the one you see in the prologue cutscene we have now. A more natural line of thinking, but same conclusion

Divium Furor states in the included video that our current stable release has all of the content and assests that Korea’s Elgacia build currently has. He was able to download textures and assets from Steam’s current build illustrating that we have all of the skins and classes in the Korean build. That skill tree that you depict may have been overlooked by the AGS development team.

This is the correct answer, our version completely skips the old system and we start off level 10 getting off the boat from our prologue location. I.e. starting continent for each class.
Can’t you get legendary overwhelm from Anguished Isle?
Yes i have that one, there is a second one from stronghold merchant.
