Summoner Weapon skins

First of all thanks AGS for finally releasing summoner! <3

Onto the main part of this thread. I would really appreciate it if older skins and especially weapon skins will be unlocked for summoner. I have been waiting since release of summoner to finally use my boxes that i have saved up for this particular class only to find out i cannot even use them. While summoner as one of the first classes to be released in KR should have been there when all these skins came out. Why do we still have to wait for them to be unlocked when they should have been available from the moment summoner is released?

Anyway i would hope people and the devs to see this so i can finally enjoy all my summoner weapon skins.

kinda unfair for a class that has every skinline in every other version to not be allowed to use them in our version. i get whoever is running our version hates summoner but why she keep getting fucked over by these dumb decisions.

Not just Summoner… the Artist will also be unable to have skins that are available to her in Kr/Ru… All because she is released after the skins were?

But the skins are already made… their excuse makes absolutely NO sense at all.

The issue has been brought up all the way back when the Omen skins launched, they’re concrete in their standing that the boxes will not be updated.

All you can do is hope for a re-release.

Glaiver not Being Able To Use OLD WEAPON SKINS

I checked up on this with the dev team before the Omen skins disappeared from the shop because some folks were hoping to hold onto it for new classes, and unfortunately this isn’t the case with how the skins will function for now. Unsure if that’s possible to change in the future, but as always I can share it. I do want to call out if a skin is just for a base class (like martial artist) it can work for that base class across the board, even though weapon skins will not

If a (body) skin is tied to a base class, it will work on future advanced classes of that same base class. If they are just for different advanced classes, and that advanced class is not available when the skin is being sold in game, it won’t work on it when it comes out. This is also true of weapon skins – for example, you can’t save a purchased weapon skin selection chest for summoner because it is not out. I think it would be great to bring previous skin/weapon chests back once all of the ad…

Yes, it is the same statement because it is the exact same case that has been occurring with the weapon skins and is a result of those classes not yet being implemented. There is not currently functionality that will allow us to “tag” these for future classes as you requested – I understand the class exists in other versions of the game, but it does not in this version yet. We are not a copy and paste of the KR/RU/JP clients, so just because something exists in one of those does not mean it is r…

Armor works because it’s tied to the Mage frame, which we already had.

This also means all the mokoko, animal boxes, pixel glasses, LED glasses, etc. boxes you possible have been saving for Artist will not be usable on Artist.

The Ark Pass boxes seem to be the only exception of being able to add classes.

I even made a thread about this several months ago with Omen as an example of skins that were originally available to classes but we can’t use for whatever reason.

There will be ‘future’ skimpy skins that WILL be available to the Artist… so…

What I was trying to say is that it makes NO SENSE to make those skins unavailable to future toons… those skins ARE already made and available for them…

The excuse of the boxes the skins are in was only made for classes that are already available is rubbish… those boxes could easily have skins in them that all future classes could have access to.

The skins/weapons are already made. So include them…
