Summoner is getting the biggest possible shaft by release without at least 1 month between Brelshaza… Double Class Release for Early/Mid November with Reaper would fix this…
TLDR; Everything below relates to time between class release and Brelshaza
Summoner Mains will not get to experience a FRESH Prog Legion Commander Raid until Akkan in mid-late 2023.
No time to get to Combat lvl 60
No time to get full Relic 6 piece (At least 3 weeks buying chests) FIXED*
No time to get full lvl 2 Relic set from Clown (5 weeks buying chest)
No time for accessories to fill Market for either +3 class or +5 class items
No time for farm Tripods from chaos dungeon
BONUS - The Repear progression event + powerpass will probably expire before summoner comes out and there was no mention of anything for that patch.
If you want to experience Brelshaza Normal, at minimum you are looking at a massive PAY TO PROG wall that AT BEST will put you somewhat ready week 2-3 of Brel depending if they release at the exact same time or first week vs last week.
I mean just being the last of the OG classes when they were going to be on release is already disrespectful enough.
As for preparing for brel, I definitely agree with the relic set issues. Combat level 60 you might be able to get it with the stronghold, especially if you keep all cube tickets for lvl 59 and buy the exp pots from the boats each week.
There might be time for +3 or +5. There already are for machinists, for example (really high prices but will go down in a couple of weeks). Tripods will be another issue, yes.
The best case scenario would be to push reaper to October and summoner for November instead. But that ain’t happening.
Yeah, lotta people not making the connection of a hyped, reworked class releasing around the time of the most anticipated raid… alongside the fact that it’s gonna come probably towards the end of December

The most infuriating thing about this is that Summoner was present in Lost Ark NA beta. But she was replaced with sorc for the official launch without explanation or reason and was held hostage for 9 months straight.
I have been waiting for Summoner since the head start of Lost Ark NA. When I finally know December is the final date, I don’t feel happy, I feel sad. I was robbed of months worth of bound mats and class exp all in the name of “hype marketing for new class releases”.
brelshaza will still be there for when your “main” that you haven’t played can reach the brelshaza requirements, none of this is a race, if you enjoy the game that much. Brel will still be there! do not be discouraged, I repeat, it is not a race, good luck
Although I don’t have a favorite class. I just kind of play whatever I’m in the mood for. I can understand some of you might be frustrated. The same would of been if Reaper was in December. Brel will be there still, and honestly if you lasted this long the game got you hooked already, no need to quit or feel some type of way before Summoner comes out, if you hold on this frustration for too long you will not even be excited when Summoner is out. Again I’m just giving my opinion from someone who doesn’t have a fav class. Also take into a key that I usually play MMO because of the new people you’ve meet while playing the game. I started out this game with 5-6 friends that I know IRL, but they didn’t even last until Vykas, but however I’ve met new people that I enjoy getting on to play the game with everyday… Don’t give up!
dont worry you have plenty of time to gear summoner for hard abrel+ its still just normal version. get guild, save mats now and maybe you can run normal in week 2 already even without relic set. dont forget ppl will not run all 6 gates week one anyway.
Who needs 5 weeks for a full relic set? It’s 3 weeks with boxes, no matter which set you need around 30 to absolute maximum of 45 materials per boss. U get 17 per week if u buy a box (the bid one) , so in 3 weeks ur done, no matter what.
The clown complaint I understand, that takes longer, but lv 2 relic is not as much of a change as 0 to 6 piece
Its pretty hard to make a case that summoner did not get screwed. From beta playable to dead last on the release schedule is very much a slap in the face to people who wanted to play the class. I am by no means a summoner “main” but I did plan on making one as my last spot of my 6 gold earning eligible characters. This complaint from people who want to play summoner has been valid long before the road map released. The road map just cemented the fact that it will have been almost a full year before a class we expected (based on the actual promo materials of the game) will actually be released. Huge L for anyone waiting for a class they were excited to play that was already in the starting roster of available classes in the beta. I remember watching Sywo on youtube who is always so optimistic getting pretty frustrated they kept pushing back the class he wants to main. Poor guy. I really do hope they juice the hell out of the release of summoner so they can stand a chance of actually raiding relatively soon after they release.
then I recommend you to find more and better friends in the game, you are not the only one who will arrive 1 or 2 weeks later…at the end of all it is an mmorpg and it is about social interaction
