I already have 6 tier 3 characters and I did not claim the Super Express Mission on any characters before the patch. Just wondering if I would have to spend money to buy a character slot and create a new character to be able to claim the express pass. I understand that the express mission is for new characters (tier 1-2), but it still sucks that I cannot claim the completion chest without spending real money.
yes after they catered to the bad players who did not understand the event you are now locked out with six tier 3 characters. I do not like making this suggestion but if you look at the forums you will see that one of the few things they can assist with is character restorations. You could consider deleting the least important of your characters and creating a new character to knowledge transfer and complete the express pass mission. Once you complete the pass for the rewards you could request character restoration of the character you deleted and remove your express pass character. Then down the line in the future when you had an extra slot you could request restoration of the express pass character.

I’m really sorry for the delay!. I understand that you want to claim the express pass but you have no more character slots. Unfortunately, if you want to claim the pass you will have to create a new character and that means that you need either to delete a character or buy a character slot.
