Same here.

They waiting that there superior make a decision, befor that they can’t give any useful information.
The only thing what they can say is that they give the info to their superior, but how often should they say it.
The people what have a problem need to wait, because the CM can’t do more.

Yes but they literally can’t do more, so you can only wait or go (for me most of the time the better choice is waiting, but every person need to find there own choice). It gaves answer over a lot post that they had given it to their superiors, so they can’t do more.

people still refuse to go = quit. They want to stay since they love the game. But if nothing changes or don’t get responses, ppl will slowly or surely leave.

yep I am on this same boat, for now I just do minimum dailies in game and waiting for solution. If they dont let us change character then for sure I will leave this game.

many of my guildmates, myself including, started working on the challenges. since there is no info about if and when this issue will be fixed. atleast we’ll get something out of it. seeing all the wasted materials does make me sad, but i guess that is life here.

well if there’s some words that would lead us to know that the event that “presents T3” box is a T1-T2 event, all of us wouldn’t be here.

Bump. Support got my info on a ticket but it feels bad to be ghosted. This issue happened with thousands of players. Worth at least a word about what their thinking or doing.

Hell, I’d be fine with an “our bad, unfortunately we cant fix it but will have more of an explanation for in game events in the future.” Anything is better than ghosting the issue.

I think you all should read patch notes because it was said in advance many times how the event works. Yeah, maybe it was a bit misleading but one golden rule in Lost Ark is that if you don’t know what it does, don’t use it (Meaning the chest in this case).

It’s funny as well to read some people say that they don’t have to read the patch notes, as if this was some kind of single player game, that instead they have to be notified in game. (Which you also were if you read properly, many times)

Anyway, if this causes a big issue I hope they do something about it, and I hope most players posting here take responsability as well because they are in part guilty too as well since all the information was there for two weeks , it was just a quite misleading in-game (But in the end you get those rewards too after you complete the event).

Hopefully everyone will learn their mistake to avoid it next Express event.

Can you give examples of the notifications given to players in game, aside from the scrolling message stating they recommend people using it on characters at or below T2 because that happened after everyone already chose their mains? The event window didn’t state anything about hone rates or bonus loot for characters or anything about what it actually entailed.

But I would like to know if there was anything else in game that would’ve made me reconsider choosing my T3 character. If there is that’d be great, otherwise this isn’t really an argument. It’s apparent that it is way too vague and should be changed to alleviate confusion for players in the future.

Hi guys I wanted to give my two cents on this, as I have been following these posts around the weekend.
Yes the event lacked information, as said before a lot of people don’t read patch notes and just log into the game. Instead of just the final reward I think the better option even for more events like this is to explain in-game the spectrum of rewards from it.
with this said, I understand the fact that people are upset, its frustrating, but people lose their reason as soon they start to insult.
Being rational here, there are a few options in my opinion that they can do to help people, mistake done or not.
1- give the option to pick another character on the event, yes this will impact the economy of the game, since people probably picked the rewards from the event already. But this will be fairest to everyone one, solving the problem of people that picked the wrong characters and the ones who didn’t.
2- Reset the event, in my opinion the worst decision, since people have the event almost complete and this would throw efforts throw the window.
3- Give people that made a mistake the chance to pick another character, this will help people that made the “mistake” but, probably would need to be done batch by batch.
I would love to hear more suggestions from the people in the forums or even from the devs on what are their ideas on the possible solutions for this, and i do agree that it has been too long to live people in the limbo waiting for a solution.

No one asked or cares about what you think. You’re on the game support forum. People are trying to get a resolution to a problem, not half formed opinions from smug smooth brains like yourself.
