[Super Express] Thank you

yesterday’s community manager’s response was “its the weekend so we don’t have an official response yet”
now its Monday and its the end of the business day so it’s safe to say there probably won’t be a response today

I don’t think an uninstall is necessary also but I do understand where people are coming from I made a glaiver all excited to try new class after choosing main for super express didn’t realize I made a mistake based on sample rewards T3. Then upon reading I F**ked up and missed on all The possible power leveling I can perform on my new glaiver I haven’t touched her and put a ticket in to request a switch of event mission to the proper character. So in other words I can understand if people are maxed out and wanted to use this as an opportunity to level another class but got duped out of by poor/misleading translation of event. Just hope that the devs figure out how to switch or reboot the event. Good luck everyone hopefully our fix is on the way!

Simple, two places, 20% info matched. “Common sense” is relative, could be express T3 to 1370, or to 1425.

Don’t try to be smart by judging people who fell into a trap. I assume you’re trolling because there’s no way you can think this is user fault just by the amount of inquiries explains it how easy was to mistakenly pick it up.

And I can explain it pretty simple, so even you can understand it:

  1. Creates the urgency of picking a character
  2. When you’re there it shows only T3 mats. “could be to reach argos nice”
  3. No warning, no further explanations of the quest that the event involves.
  4. No one is forced to even touch the website to play the game. (and would be a crime)
  5. The info in the post should be in the game.

I’ve read the patchnotes and when I logged in I saw the preview info of the event didn’t show any T1 or T2 items, that was confusing to see only T3 thingies. So you can’t blame the user at all.

Probably could bring more points to try to make you understand it, but obviously you don’t want or you’re purposely searching to be the target.

To end, because this made laught a lot of how you can literally argue against yourself “look into a product and know what they are purchasing” they were looking to the product, and they couldn’t see the info in the product. You’re requesting to access the website to see it, which is obviously so wrong you can even see it for sure.

I saw they were fixing other things as the patch started with tons of problems.

EUserver explode they fixed.
Abyss crashes started they fixed.
Blue crystal skins weren’t dyeable fixed

I think you express wrong claim guys are at the end of the list.

Apparently you don’t realize the mistake was from the team who is behind the text and the preview reward of the event. Plus not warning the user at all it involved T1 and T2 materials.

If it was me, I would realize the mistake it could occur with such preview of the event when doing it lol. When you’re a developer you have to assume the end user has the very basic information on that, and you have to do it suitable to a 3 year old. Else you will end with a problem like this big.

I don’t know the cycle the devs do in this game to release anything, but feels like they are missing a test server, QA checks, and some valuable info before reaching live version. Or they live stressed with this game.

The worst users are those who think something so bad designed its user fault, you don’t even know anything about it, better to learn from your mistakes and stop posting things you don’t know.

Any type of official feedback would be appreciated. The least you can do is let us know about the situation and if there is any hope or if we should shrug it off and continue, even though this was really poorly communicated from your part.

There are no official updates about this at the moment, but I can assure you that we’re currently working on a resolution.

Must have an update really soon. They also have to fix the Feiton powerpass or else will expire in 2 days

This is not cool man… We spend so many hours getting to T3 only to get screwed over by misleading information. Whoever created that preview page is incredibly incompetent, how is it that it did not provide ANY information in-game about choosing a character below item lvl 1000? Why was there an option to choose T3 characters? I understand, some players would have chose their T3 characters anyways because they don’t have the time to play alts, but ATLEAST code a warning message before allowing us to choose it…

I understand we still get the rewards shown on the preview page after completion, but why weren’t ALL the rewards shown to the player during the event?
