Super Premium Archpass stuck at "Applying"

I bought the Super Premium Archpass, but it’s been stuck at “Applying” for nearly 15 minutes. Is this broken?

It does seem to get stuck on applying but you can claim the rewards from the looks of it.

Same here but so far I’ve not noticed any impact on function either.

This also doesn’t change following a game restart.

Probably a translation error. They probably meant “Applied” and put “Applying” instead.
Shrug As others have said, it doesn’t seem to affect anything, the rewards are able to be claimed directly after activation of the pass.
