Support Help Valtan Gate 1 Need the reentry ticket

huhu i dont know if i can post the ticket number here for you to read it or not

but i went to valtan Gate1 the group overlay stuck to my cursor and all under that unable to click means was not even able to click charselect i had to alt+f4 restart and than i see no loot and locked out of Gate1 while at the same time the game says that i cant enter Gate2 cause i didnt cleared Gate1 lul but i did cause entry count is exeeded and it also says it under daily tracker and when i try to rejoin it with full grp aswell, i can give you ticket number if u want

We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
