Plenty of supports, itās just that they are picky which groups they join. I do the same on my support.

As a Main support I approve this message. Thatās what I keep telling everyone, the issue starts with you the player. If everyone had atleast 2 supports in their rosters imagine how much smoother it would be. But no, people are selfish and donāt think about others.

That does not sound like āplenty of supportsā. Plenty would be if groups could easily afford to pick someone with 5x3 over cheapo 3x3 and there would be groups with LF 6xDPS in the title.
Currently there is pretty big shortage, that is somewhat covered by people taking bus and not needing support at all or just 1 for 8man.
Make a playable game? Would maybe get some ppl to even bother to play their supports in the first place 
Support shortage is in every game and will never disapear cause majority of people want to play dps cause dps is more fun in general
is this your first multiplayer coop team game ?
maybe artist can help a bit but this will stay forever a problem

You guys keep spamming the same sentence that is an obvious lie!
Most of the classes in wow had tank and/or healer spec available with 1 click, and you had to wait for daily HC 20 minutes if you were in dps spec.
People donāt like to play supports/healers/tanks PERIOD.
And that is not going to change even if SG releases another 50 support classes.
All your guys ideas in 1 word = make a support 
. When clearly people donāt like playing them haha.
What they need is a better design for raids not limiting players to a certain character or new player will get gatekeep or wait 30min-1hr in lobby.
E.g you can play any class on legion raids as long as your ilvl and engraving match for that raid. Thus if you have 3 engraving on the class zerker and you want to switch via system to bard you will also get only 3 engravings.
Obviously the game wonāt do that as it wants you to fomo buy character slots than fomo hone with credit card. But this is a suggestion for support shortage which benefit majority player base.
Then stop bitching about long waiting times if you donāt like to play support Cletus. All I was saying is to come together and make the best out of a bad design/curent state of the game even if you like it or not cuz in the end its about realizing that no ammount of threads here asking to change core stuff about the game will change anything as long as KR wonāt change first.
Clearly what I said went totally over your smooth head since youāre comparing this game to wow, but Iāve seen you lurking around this forum and argue pointlessly just for the sake of arguing. Wow and La are totally different beasts, nothing to compare. Go play wow if thatās what you seek for.

Nothing to compare, yet every single MMO out there has the same issue regardless the support classes available.
Looks like itās the first game you ever played.
Also itās not me bitching about lack of supports, I donāt have that problem. Got plenty both guild and server wise.
K, go make petitions. Go on strike and starve yourself. Boycott SG and threaten them you will hold your breath until something will changeā¦ā¦
ā¦. Or you knowā¦ do something you can do and control like, I donāt know, play at least 1 supp.

You said we have not enough support classes hence the shortage, I told you about the other game that actually gave people tons of supports and it changed nothing.
People say supports are boring. No arguing here. But it wonāt make any difference if AGS makes them more fun to play.
ESO supports heal everybody around you as fixed percent of their damage, so they do literally the same thing as nukers but for much less damage. And guess what, they also have issues with supports.
No matter how you look at it, thereās one thing in common when it comes to support classes - they trade their damage for heal, sustain etc. But people donāt like their DMG numbers reduced.
Nobody found a solution for that yet.
Or they can just add in a feature to all raids where the boss occasionally spits out recovery/shield either per 5 or 10hp bars.
I can just tell you why Iām not playing any of my supports right now. Or the game in general.
- Disconnection issues and lack of proper management by SG/AGS of Lost Ark.
- Less and less effectiveness of the support classes the further you go into T3 content.
- Boring and unrewarding gameplay.
- Need to change to DPS gear and another build to do part of the daily grind.
- Obvious changes to the MPV system last update that doesnāt properly represent good support play.
- The Lost Ark community and how it does not appreciate those players that play a support role in the game.
Just to name a few reasons here. Winter Loa-on focused on improving part of this. But it is way too late and shows how the role has been ignored for far too long.

Forced to play support wont be a good idea. If supporting is not your play style, it would be a mess and will create more toxicity.
If Artist will not save this support shortage, then play all DPS in a RAID.

nothing will fix support shortage unless a support comes out which deals huge numbers which wont happen. But Support shortage doesnt need āfixingā it needs solution which understand they wont fix a problem just make it better.
Will Artist fix support shortage? hell no.
Will it help? Definitely, if you think otherwise you are but a fool.
Now the question is, Will artist help the support problem in brehl hardmode? No because AGS/SG decided to release a class with major content instead of releasing the seperately to help combat the issue.
