The support team is basically a waste of time, some of us have been waiting for various drops (twitch and launch items) for weeks at this point. I’ve emailed, I’ve live chatted on several times, and as far as I can tell its just a waste of time to even bother contacting support. They either give non responses, say they are aware of the issue or transfer you to some other department that does nothing at all?
In any other MMO we would have simply had it verified that we did NOT receive X item and then it would simply be mailed to us. Very disappointed so far and it has me wondering if this game has any potential without a semi competent support team behind it. Expected more from Amazon / Smile gate.
