To sum it up, I have bought a skin for my berserker and claimed it on my paladin, I thought I can store in my roster storage and will claim it later on my Berserker… NOPE, completely wrong, so do not it like me unless Lost Ark fixes this. Here is my conversation with support and they had no idea that this also existed and they are going to escalate it to Product team, meanwhile I have spent my $$ for nothing.
