As tilted, on the Korean and Russian servers during the Surge phase you can get Surge stacks with your Maelstorm initial cast and its damaging “tornado ticks” afterwards. Unfortunately in our EU/NA version of the game Maelstorm only gives 1 Surge stack from the initial cast of it (“Tornado ticks don’t”)
It is very crucial if u want to min-max the 14 Surge rotation because in our version it sets you up to only 13 stacks. Please take a look into that bug.
