Why? Almost all t1 armors looks pretty good, if u craft the legendary t1 set its even better. Meanwhile t2-t3 armors looks like game was developed in year 1995. I played some time in ru server and you can craft armors similar from dungeons, can we at least get this? Since they releasing ugly costumes very slowly? Pretty please? 
T1 used to be endgame, this also explains why the T1 Abrelshud Abyss Dungeon was so grandiose.
T2/T3 CHAOS sets for the most part look like garbage, this is by design. T2 and T3 legendary crafted sets look much better in comparison.
