I spammed matchmaking for about an hour got into a group and the group disbanded for no reason on loading screen and it left me with a WEEKLY LOCKOUT meaning I can’t progress until next week ???

Could you please try the following steps to check is not a visual bug.
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Force Stops Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
- Open Lost Ark
