T3 honing materials untradable?

I used to farm t1 and t2 materials a lot in Chaos Dungeon (crystals) and they were tradable.
Now I went to t3 first dungeon (punika) and all the materials I get are untradable (besides the first two runs).
Does it change with the higher lvl of the dung or are all the materials always untradable?

Surely is an change of the new parch of today why i no can farm t2 now no is interchangeable, this for cause of the bots surely, why i see sellers with much material until 5000 of this rock, but this worse all, the bots sell more. too dissappear suddenly the post in the shop,
