I ran into this problem in Yorn -Great Castle-(probably other craft item npc have same issue). You can also try Cook, Processor. The item list disappears permanently, and when we re-enter the character, it starts to appear again.
yeah this thing happen since launch,i happen to got it while i wanted to alt+tab to mute a friend on discord
Close the tabs and change region/wait 10 min(that much was for me) it will come back again,another try is try to type something in search bar and press,and after delete the text and press the search,hope this help you.
Thank you for expressing the solutions, but I am waiting for an action to completely remove this problem.
