Talk about Legendary skins

Dear all,
I never liked RNG boxes but at the end of the day I prefer the content with bad system that removing the content from the game.
Passed arround 6 months when legendary skins were removed because the feedback from playerbase but nowaday the playerbase changed a lot, there are a lot of people that are not playing anymore.
I think legendary skins could be a great addition to the game because allow us to maximize the damage from you favorite character a little bit more. Maybe its only 1%/2% damage but is damage we never get in our version of the game. Another thing about legendary skins is that the value is arround 100k gold in AH, The amount of gold we generate F2P with a rooster that do 3 legion raids per week is 4,5k36=81 only with raw gold so is not as exagerate price that implies the item is only p2w. When the skins were announced I think we were doing only valtan.
Another good point about jar is that adds a lot of skins that are not legendary but are amazing designs from previus tiers that would add more customization for our characters in this game. Skins have uses too so the jar give you the option to “recycle” and old skin you don’t like anymore so is another option we don’t have int he game, now if you have one skin you can’t resell you have to keep it forever.

So, there’s an option to get feedback from the playerbase about legendary skins again @Roxx ?

that’s not about playerbase complaining since they don’t listen to us for exemple EVERYTHING

It’s already been said before that Legendary Skins aren’t added to Global because of the fact that the jars are only purchasable in the shop, making them count as a “lootbox” technically, which is either against the law in places in EU or is receiving extreme scrutiny and is being considered banned throughout the EU (I’ve heard both of these reasons, I can’t remember which country specifically was involved though)

Pheons and cards don’t count because while they are purchasable in the cash shop, they are also obtainable in game (through events, islands, amethyst shop, etc.), so they do not count as a “lootbox” in the sense

It’s the jars that are the issue, not the cloth or thread or whatever it’s called which are obtained from other skins

if the jars were given out in game to players like pheons/cards (either through events, amethyst shop, islands, etc.) then there wouldn’t be an issue really

However I don’t think SG likes that because the jars are a money pit and people will buy them to get one of those skins

Roxx has also said that they’re trying to bring up the Legendary Skin issue again with SG

And SG has to have the final say on if it gets to us or not since it will have to go through a change on how they work

And if they change it for us, they gonna have to change it for everyone

And this is just speculation, but I’m not sure if they’re quite ready to give up that money maker yet

Plus it seems SG has other priorities at the moment that seem to be going up in flames, so Iunno
