Teleported out Gate 2 from Kakul S. and it displays that i've completed gate 3

So this is so annoing, the only thing i`m waiting for the whole week is this shitty clown. I finished gate 1 and 2 with a group and decided that it’s enough and we split. Used song of escape and went outside. I found a party to join gate 3 and guess what… “entry count exceeded”.
In lobby it displays that gate 3 is not cleared but in the “escape” status it displays “Kakul S. complete”.

I tried with support it looks like a black hole over there, noone knows, noone cares, noone gives a fuck. This is a bug of YOUR GAME, FIX IT!. It’s not my internet connection i was not disconnected as you stated. I just acted normal and i get banned from gate 3. “Cool story bro”

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a clown raid.

If the cause of you being Tp’d out of the raid was due to a server crash/disconnection, you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max.

I can’t promise you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket as there’s an automated system taking care of all these cases. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi Santoryu thanks fro the reply, but why it seems that noone uderstands that it wasn’t a server crash/disconnect/internet connection issues or in the middle of the raid.

I simply finished gate 1 proceeded to gate 2 and after i finished gate 2 we all used song to exit.
When i tried later to enter gate 3 it said i exceeded the entry count but didn’t even enter on gate 3. Do customer service even reads and tries to understand the problem?
Maybe it’s a regression bug… who knows, can you please someone have a look?
