Edit: Apparently I have not been the only one with this issue. It got resolved for me at least.

tl;dr:
I have gotten a temp ban with the reason “cheating” while running my chaos dungeon today, which I don’t understand. I have tried to contact the support to get a clearification - but they won’t give me any information about it. Lack of transparency and the helplessness makes me feel indignant. If I did something wrong, I would like to know. No idea how to behave in the future to not get this issue again or even a perm. ban.

I’ve been waiting with excitement for the western release of Lost Ark for a long time and have unfortunately been very disappointed with my experience so far. I am a very competitive player among my friends and have reached iLvl 1330 (Charname: Jaxina on Kadan) on my main, 960 on my second and 570 on my third. I have already collected a lot of collectables (over 900 Mokokos- Adventurebook 2x 100%, most others over 80%). As one can see I have invested a lot of time in the game, but also a lot of money, buying most of the founders packs. The queues/problems with the Aura/problems with the Market/problems with the match-making are already stealing a lot of fun, but today during my two daily Chaos Runs I got a kick with the info that I violated the Code of Conduct, which is what I want to write about here.
When I try to log back in, I see a message about a ban of two days with the reason: Cheating - Code of Conduct. Since I have absolutely no idea what I should have done wrong, let alone how I should have cheated, I wrote an appeal. The response was that the ban remains in place and the reason for it was in the message I received. As it was still unclear to me what I was actually accused of doing, I wrote again, asking for the ban to be lifted and for an explanation of why I had been banned. The second message states that the previous staff member provided me with all available information regarding my appeal request and no further information can be provided on this matter. Further enquiries on this subject remain unanswered! For clearification I have never insulted anyone or anything like that and generally avoid chat. I have never bought gold from a gold-seller or anything else.
At the end of the mails it says : Our goal: to be the most customer-friendly company in the world. Your feedback helps us to achieve this. What is being pulled off here is absolutely customer-unfriendly and disappointing. The lack of transparency of the support and the helplessness on this issue are completely indignant. How can a company like Amazon react to its customers like this?
I want to understand the reason behind this ban to potentially prevent it from happening another time. I see absolutely no plausible reason why I should be banned.
I am not a fan of posting on forums, but I would like to share my story. Since I’m not given any information, I have to assume that it can happen to anyone and that this kind of ban happens completely randomly.
I would like to see a responsible person respond to this - gladly publicly. If I have unknowingly done something wrong and I recognise that, I am happy to stand by it. I have nothing to hide.
