Temp ban - naming rule - which character is it?

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR AN APPEAL.

The main issue I am facing is that there is no way for me to know which character was the “offending” one and why a name change ticket or process is not provided?

I am looking for what options are available to me. I have tried live chat as well - to no avail. I have requested my game data as well and there was no character information in the file “AmazonGames.Moderation.Penalties.csv” either.

Searching history on the forums, it appears that for previous naming rule violations the character was identified upon logon and forced the the name change - this was not the case for me.

Can I please get @Roxx or any other CM to comment on this please?

I mean you could list your names on this forum post and I bet one of them sticks out like a sore thumb for being the offender.

How can I find out which character was the cause for the temporary suspension?

Why was I not given the option to change it on subsequent login?

Why are later posts being replied to buy not this one?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your ban and the possible reasons behind it. I have checked your character names and, whereas we do not handle bans or ban appeals via this channel, here are just some ideas of what could have been flagged under the AGS Naming Policy:

1- Use misspellings…: Wesetdyfcvjhb (this nick looks auto-generated or “bot-ish”)
2- Names that could be offensive or inappropriate to others: Anikkahandicappd (meme or no meme, disabilities are best left off your names)
3- Names that impart any hate toward a person or group of people: (this one takes a lot of reading into): A “n-word” frm the hood.

Unfortunately, I cannot track the specific reason from this end and these are just assumptions that could be made from the names you posted on the other thread. You may want to try and reply back to one of the answers you got from the appeal form and ask very specifically which part of the policy was breached and to at least get the name of the character.

You should be happy with a temp ban and not a perm ban which you should have gotten to be honest. All your roster has “Anikka” in them and and we all know what that sounds like. And don’t say you’re naming them after the continent cause you have “Anikkafrmthehood”, “Anikkawithahammr”, “Anikkadoesmagic”, “Anikkaisholy”, “Anikkasbiglance”, “Anikkahandicappd”. I hope they change it to perma ban lol
