It’s quite disappointing the responses from the AGS appeal team are just copy-pastas. It’s like they didn’t read my request. Guilty until proven innocent and charged without evidence (nothing noted my requested game data other than the temporary suspension).
All of this could have been avoided if OP had just picked a sensible name like this:

I guess maybe they would have provided a name change if it was 1 name but they were like…
“Naah not going to give this joker 5 rename tickets” or “our system does not allow for multiple of this!”
And when they were asked what name triggered it they were like “all of them”.
About the part about the names it’s just ridiculous I don’t understand why give more people the same what’s up with games like this naming policy where did it come from
If this is really true its such a shitty move from AGS.
As someone took that name legitimately.
If they really wanted that name freed up they should offer a A-Tier name in exchange for it, or a list of names for the person to choose from. And even then it would be a dick move.

Just to play along … your screenshots show several things which would likely have gotten you reported by random people on the Internet.
The bot name alone, you would almost guaranteed be getting multiple players reporting you just seeing you pass by or participating in group content. At some point I imagine the automatic system kicks in and you get a temp ban based on volume.
Even if a player inspected that character to ‘double check’ if you were a bot, they’d see a level high ilvl with a 37 Stronghold (very low SH) named ‘China’ … so you’re practically BEGGING for people to report you for one reason or another.
Bonus: Your level 1 new character in Trixion isn’t visible to other people yet – but FYI that one will get you reported also if people see you running around or talking in chat. There’s lots of sensitivity around perceived jokes at the expense of legally protected classes of people.
