So I was doing the 1445 chaos dungeon and after first phase I surprisingly got red portal (and I haven’t got any for a very long time btw) and when I entered the game froze entirely.
killed the game through task manager, quickly relogged, and the same thing happened.
I sincerely hope you review this bug and compensate me with appropriate and relevant compensation.
