Thought you guys learned after countless people complained about how our demon form looks, but here strikes AGS yet again to frustrate and annoy all shadowhunter players.
Thank you for purposefully blackfacing the demon form yet again, for better visibility again.
Allthough i cant see the face of my character now at all.
Just WHY
Who are they doing this for? we are the ones who spend time and money in the game, not some social activists
Like is it a religious/cultural thing? Can we at least get an explanation about this?
Is it because of some legislations behind it?

If I remember correct, they argued that it would be unfair if you had black character and once you transformed into a more powerful form it was white. No issue if it is the other way round tho.
Also they don’t seem to notice the fact, that in their setup if someone has white skinned DH, then they basically are white while calm and collected, but black while raging demon of destruction - so much racist AGS, portraying blacks as aggressive out of control demons. 
Settle down a bit, it’s much more likely they messed something up unintentionally
No they did not.
They did this on purpose for “better” visualtiy, they confirmed this.

They will stay with that respone, even for the new form.
Dont know why they have to keep doing stuff like that.
Such a disappointment and stain on an otherwise good patch. 
She has the exact same color scheme as our previous form. this is all intentional and done by amazon not smilegate.
Because its bad if a black character turns into a vampiric white, but if a white characters turns black is fine.
Hypocricy at its finest.
Meanwhile in Korean Light Novels, humans that transform into demons remains light skin for instance in, Overgeared, Grid uses blackening to turn into a demon state, but it’s clearly described hes still light/fair skin tone.
TLDR: This is just blatant racism/blackface at its finest. They should recognize that players are free to customize their original characters however they like, but they should not force the transformed state to be different than originally intended. Afaik, no other regions of Lost Ark ever had this change.
Either make it customizable/optional to choose what skin tone or just don’t touch it.
