No i do not have to or need to know what exactly is wrong or if they will compensate the downtime. It is nice if tehy would, but nothing that i need or have to know as a player.
Second of all, they did not waste your day, you yourself waste your day if you dont have to do anything else, specially ony our birthday, than expecting the game to be available every single day, without having any issues or problems or bugs which needs to get fixed, some of them urgently, with a longer downtime than expected. As you said, they didnt plan this downtime, it was absolutely unintentional and stil yet you blame them cause you waste your time on your day, waiting for the game to come back online. You culd have done anythinge else during the day, like playing a different game, listen to music, watching a movie, household stuff, meeting with family or friends, playing with your dog/cat/bird/hamster whatever if you have one.
third of all, i still wish you a happy birthday and everything good in life. Happiness, Healthiness, Luck and everything that makes you feel good and that your wishes come true.
Well i would never think about PC game on my birthday and it’s sound strange for me. I would prepare my party and have some memorable night with my friends which will leave a good memories. One day in game can’t really do that for me. But anyway Happy Birthday!

But why would you plan on playing a video game on your birthday? That feels rather sad. Surely you have at least 1 friend you could spend the time with rather than sit and wait for a indefinite time, not knowing for sure when the server’s will be back. But then to also make a thread complaining, blaming the game for YOU wasting your time waiting?
Forum mods really should get more harsh with these cry-babies and clean things up.
I can’t be alone in being tired of seeing all these QQ posts with people searching for something to complain about, rather than spending their time on doing something better and just wait. If people have all these issues with things and can’t take a little downtime, maybe find something better to do with your life?
