For sure. Most people don’t realize how much toxicity CMs have to deal with on a regular basis, its enough to kill the passion of any human, so whether you think they are doing a good job or not, please give them some empathy and take a moment to appreciate their work. And if that’s too hard for you, at least don’t direct negative comments or your hostility towards them. it’s not like they have a say in major company decisions, but they end up taking the brunt of all the shit
