Heard? No one wanted a new event. People asked for missing content, classes and a freaking roadmap for almost 2 months. None of them have a concrete answer in that post.
Actually really impressed with the bluntness and openness of their communications. Even admitting mistakes and apologising then communicating the issues clearly and what they are planning on doing about it while also throwing out some stuff over next week or two in the mean time.

They apologized so they must heard us, they released skins (even small ones but new skins are new skins), we get more mats through the event so its a beginning, dont know whats your problem

i think you have to give it some more time. They always say there working on it. And they will release it! I believe they are still learning with the western audience what they want and how they release new content. Just give it a little bit more time. They said sorry for the fast argos launch and it was a mistake. And they are adressing this by bringing us more events to get more honing chances and so on. Just wait for the roadmap we will get it hopefully by the end of the month ;D
Not to insult you but you are so naive. They hit the same wall in RU and Korea so they knew what exactly was going to happen and they still did it. You know why? Coz it triggers wallets when you put a wall that is beyond reach with normal daily activities. You gotta put money under your feet and people feel forced and so many of them do really pay. They know it works because they dont care about you or me, all they want is money and this makes money. They wanna milk it a few more weeks to balance the game between dying and milking whales. So no, its not learning phase for them. They are doing it on purpose. At the end of the day all they want is money.
