Can anybody confirm if your playtime and/or verified steam account/purchase history affects if you still get the Captchas?
Are people with thousands of hours played, several verified purchases, and trusted steam accounts getting them? And if so how frequent are they?
I just did Hope Island and got captcha in the face and I am tax-paying (bought Ark Pass, Aura) full-time citizen in Arkesia play-time wise.
I was 30 mins afk before that, idk if it has any impact on me getting that captcha.
If they give me a captcha I’ll just log back on ff14, ain’t got time for that when new raids out next week

lol the bots are the 1st that have working tools to not have to enter nothing anymore … its just bugging the few actual players in the end … as pretty much all the measures AGS/SG try to install to fight bots … e.g. deny VPN use … bots still can use it but casuals cant …
Annoying part is the following 
I swap a char, while this process of switching is happening, i go grab a drink.
I get back and i got a failed authetnication error due to captcha.
Like atleast show me the captcha on moments I AM ACTIVELY playing. not at moments i plan to take a portential AFK (like alt tabbing to type on the forums/discord, grab a drink, …)

Wtf, i did fail mine aswell several times. These are the worse ones id rather see the one you select the pictures.
I logged in earlier and the first thing the game did is throw a captcha right away into my face

Should turn it off for players with >X number of hours and have spent a certain amount in the game.
I have been suspended because of missing those capcha and cannot log into the game but support cannot find a penalty on my account and there is no apparent end for this suspension. Is there something else I can do?
We are working on getting this done ASAP
