I am a Korean user enjoying Na lost ark on the North America server.

A few weeks ago, a Na Lost Ark official said he would introduce a new class every two months. A total of 23 classes have now been released in Korea, and North American Lost Ark has only just released Viacis, Baltan and Destroyer, Arcana, and Glaivier. Many users want to have a long, fun, and unique experience of the game. I know, if you guys put in a lot of classes and raids at once, thereās a lot of confusion and thatās how you manage more. However, Lost Ark in Korea was successful because it gives users a different experience, listens to users well, or actively utilizes many memes created by users. As a result, Koreaās Lost Ark is constantly creating new users, and as a result, more people are enjoying Lost Ark. However, North America now has only three new classes after more than six months of release. If this continues, I can be sure that the Na lost ark will have fewer users in a year and a half. I have played many games such as RPG, fps, and MMORPG, and I am very anxious that there is a big difference between the operation method of the steam lost ark and the Korean lost ark, but I am despondent that I may lose the joy of my favorite game. Many users may or may not agree with me. I want to say that if we try our best to meet usersā needs, Na lost ark can grow bigger than we do now. Thank you for watching the long letter. The question is very simple: Who decided the structure, releases, and changes in the western version? AGS or SMG?
Because somehow very strange that the Korean version is so popular, you guys have so many events, etc and we have the poor version with so many RMT-ers and bots, gold rewards are reduced - ofc some armchair warrior said they make 25K gold a week, but failed to explain how - prices in Ah so high. Honing buffs are delayed or never implemented.
SO, please tell me why on earth our version have so many issues?

that runs valtan and vykas HM 4500 gold for each instance.
Argos all 3 phases 2700g
7200 gold total

Oreha - 900 and 1200g for each instance 2100g total each 10,500 total
Argos p1 800g x5 4000 gold
Instance total 26,200 gold
Unaās tokens around 3-4k
Total gold 29k-30k
Plus any decent items you can sell for however much
non bound leapstones sell them or use them for extra gold
guardian and destruction stones you can also sell if you want for extra gold
It seems to be a mix bag. SG doesnāt seem to care for the different versions, this has been shown on similar poor launches in both RU and JP. AGS is just AGS, all they care about is numbers and pushing Amazon Prime subs.
Both seem content on stretching things out as much as possible to maximize marketability. The downside of modern gaming, itās a hollow numbers game with no soul.
Because AGS is doing such an amazing thing with marketing, right?
They should have been promoting the summer event a week or 2 before it started but nope. There also pretty bad with the twitch drops itās all a few hours before they go live, itās just not handled well at all.
Amazon saw an opportunity to make money, they have no passion for games, and they donāt understand our passion for the game.
Whatās worse is that while making money is their good right as a business, they donāt want to invest any more than absolutely necessary.
This is why everything is so low quality for NA/EU/SA version of LOA - bad/no marketing, bad/no communication, bad/no decisions, and a distinct lack of staff.
Itās a shame that Smilegate couldnāt / didnāt want to publish the game themselves in the West (like ź²ģģ¬ė§ and PearlAbyss ended up doing for example), so as long as Amazon is managing our version, I guess we shouldnāt expect too much when even Amazonās own (former) employees are confirming this!
I would tell you to please share your Western LOA experiences on inven, maybe SG will see it and become aware of problems that Amazon is (maybe) not sharing with them, but I guess the KR community has its own things to worry aboutā¦
East and West also have very different gaming cultures.
Swiping and P2W are generally viewed very harshly in the West. Western players also love to terrorize and harass new players for the dumbest of things, unless the owner actually moderates their behavior like in FF14.
Thereās a lot more to it besides releasing classes every 2 months.
25k/week is nothing, most people make at least 60k/week playing inefficiently and skipping dailies/weeklies. This is showing 75k+/week with just 6 1460+ for all.
This is people with a 1460 and 5 1430 which I assume the majority who actually play the game sits.
On top of this, itās only weekly gold and you make tons more gold with random drops. On top of this you can sell all your materialsā¦ and can easily make over 6 figures a week under 10 hours game time given you have alts.
Like 2 seconds of anyoneās time researching could have easily come up with this info.
