If I wanted to make a brand new alt. Would using the vern power pass and doing the express mission be the most effective use of such?
That would be the best way assuming you still have the Vern power pass, if not then you’d just have to knowledge a guy to level 50 to maximize your rewards. And if you don’t want to do either of those then your next option should be your lowest item level character.
