This is not something Amazon can do. Smilegate has to develop this technology and they are not in a rush since in Korea there is no need for multiple server meshes.
Launching EU West was a solution that was worse than the disease.

That statement from @roxx was like a nail in the coffin. As the others already implied, merging servers in euw will not solve the main problem of lacking a playerbase to play with.

Why are you replying to me? I never mentioned that AGS can do that, nowhere have I stated that. Your whole post makes no sense, SG has already done several server merges on KR and RU (perhaps even JP, don’t know exactly).
this must be a joke. u’ve been directed to select this server. now you say that there will be no regional unification. already dominant groups and markets joint on all servers. Currently, there is no raid group even during normal time. You say we used you, now you can quit the game.

This is disappointing: Lost Ark is a great game, but EUW will only get worse. This is the cue to quit.

why not just gav the region transferr ??? like with name change ??
So why didn’t you specify what you mean by merges before now? Surely you understand that merging servers within the EUW region will not really do much at all.

I don’t think this is significant at all.
However, as you said, there would be a lot of conflict with names, I think it is very unlikely we’ll get a region merge soon, if ever.

Can you at least confirm that they’re ACTIVELY WORKING toward developing the tech necessary to do region merges? Or is it completely off the table.
Servers merges to absolutely nothing to address the major concerns EUW players have so it’d be nice if we had confirmation that region mergers WILL happen at some point even if the tech does not exist for now, or else you’re basically telling the EUW players that they’re stranded on their own on a dead region and you’re not going to help them.

yeah, and if they go by who creatted their character first, the EUW players will most likely lose the rights to their guild and character names.
They won’t have a problem with the west soon because there will be no west, only certain groups of guild friends will remain. This incident really pissed me off. i regret the day i started in west

Just cut your losses EUW dudes, its very unlikely you will ever see region merges.
And even if you saw them in like what, 6+ months, you could have caught up to current content and actually enjoy the game on a real server by that time.

Imagine re-doing hundreds of hours of horizontal progress just so you can kill Kakul Saydon once a week. You guys must be very young with a lot of free time if you think that’s reasonable.
Lost Ark is a good game, but not even remotely worth this kind of effort.

With all due respect Roxx, if the tech doesn’t exist and isn’t being worked on, why even discuss server merges, because they’ll barely scratch the surface of the issues.
Either tell us region merges are being worked on so we can continue to play with confidence that we’re not wasting time and money, or that we’re screwed.

Convert your golds into Crystalline Aura and re-roll on EU Central. I know this hard to decide or to do so but it is your only option outside of leaving/quitting the game.

I am enjoying my time on EUW completely normally though… it could be better but it’s not enough of an improvement to throw away hundreds of hours of gameplay.
