The game crashed during an Abyssal Dungeon

Hi, the game crashed on me during an abyssal dungeon. I wasn’t able to launch it in time and the group just finished it before I got back. I was not able to receive a ticket for the dungeon.

I’m very sorry to hear about this crash during the Abyssal Dungeon.

We understand that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket on your game mail and this could take up to 24 hours.

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection or crash was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too.
