I hope that this doesn’t happen to any of you. Like countless threads before mine, people are having alot of problems getting any actual customer support. In my case, I want to play in the Ranked PVP. But the matchmaking is completely broken for me and will not let me join games. Sucks right? What’s worse is that there’s nobody who seems to care. That’s a pretty shitty feeling tbh.
Imagine waiting 5,6, even 10 minutes to queue up for a game, to then be told the game is about to start, and then finally it just fails…This is my life when I’m playing this game and want to queue for ranked. I think my record so far was 30 times in a row. These are the notifications I get. These are just a few examples.
I hope this doesn’t happen to any of you, because it seems like there’s no solution. and you will just simply be out of luck
I’m really sorry J. It seems that this game has very little actual customer support. I had an issue in the 2nd week that has still never gotten resolved despite my following up on it 8 times. It appears that “support” is intended to just run you in circles until you go away
That useless cheat engine kicked me two times coz of advanced start up phase I use (-notexturestreaming). Meanwhile there are “peoples” that can teleport to npcs and go through walls.
kicks me multiple times a day, last was after 4 hours wiping on argos p2, no loot, locked to instance, no suppor to give me the lost loot or reset raid , that was the drop for me
This happens to me sometimes on Abyssals. Not multiple times a day, thankfully, but too much. You should be locked to an instance upon collecting loot, not upon entry.
Was happening to someone in my guild trying to queue for PvP a couple weeks ago, constant failed matchmakes while the rest of us would get in in a minute. They took down NA West to hotfix something about matchmaking and it seemed to fix it.
This also has been happening in PvE content like abyssal dungeons. It throws an error about not having enough players and no one loads into the instance. You have to remake the party over and over again until it works.
wait this activates the EAC? I put this in because it actually loads assets before players most times…going to remove it if it will kick me from the game lol
Still broken and still not a single response from Lost Ark. Listen to someone if they say they’re having major issues with the game and Lost Ark bothering to respond to them, this happens
