If it is were internet related, I would’ve noticed since it would’ve disrupted other programs that need net connection to function. Also, if you lose net connection, you are kicked out completely from the game, not sent to the server or character selection screen.
If a net provider had been banned by AGS, then you wouldn’t have been able to play the game in the first place. It doesn’t like that. If you can play the game it means that your net provider is not banned. If you dc constantly without network issues on your end, then that is a server infrastructure issue.
had no dc on euc today, i played for a few hour, didnt see any1 dc in parties either
im pretty sure if i log in again later tonight i will have atleast 1 dc as usual
its just rng at this point

for me its usually 1 or 2 dc somewhere between 1-30 mins of logging in first, then i can usually go on for hours, if i leave the game open for like 6 hour i d still be online
after the first dcs
ocassionally i get 1 random dc a few hours into having the game open
yesterday 4 ppl dc ed in a valtan run tho at the same time xD
Dang, i can only feel sad for the people who are literally getting kicked out of the game every 5 minutes, it must be frustrating as heck, i hope they fix the servers soon :x
used to be like that until like a week ago, i would dc like 3 times when my char finished loading and then like every 10 mins xD

its getting really annoying when you actually lose good loot cause of it like me. yesteday i had 3 dcs in chaosdungeons now this shit today this game is just tilting and we dont even know if they are trying to solve it or just laughing at us
But you can reconnect and go back to the chaos dungeon and finish o3o the real problem is when you disconnect at a raid and your party mates don’t wait for you to reconnect (when i see someone disconnect on my party i just stop dpsing to give them some time to come back
Not if the time runs out. Lost quite a few runs because the time ran out before I could reconnect. Another thing that happens during raids is desync. Some people remain stuck in loading screen and the only fix is to end the game forcefully and restart.
Something that people don’t seem to consider much is that these disconnections might also be due to bots (as in collateral damage caused directly or indirectly by them). Either by what AGS/SG have implemented to deal with them or by how they force their connection using multiple IPs and whatnot causing server instability (which already happened before btw). Or a consequence of both…
I feel like the only reason why AGS/SG still haven’t figured out a permanent way to stop these DCs is because of this possibility, which would also make sense, since they don’t really provide us with much information regarding why this is happening.
This is true, this whole problem (server instability) may be caused by the amount of bots doing shit, im pretty sure when they do the next big bot ban wave servers will be less instable
Well, you have stated it clearly, the priority for Amazon is the money, the pheons incident shows it well.
Knowing this, if the playerbase wants things change we should hit them where they really care and hurts the most, their pockets, stop giving them money and you will see how fast they will solve everything.
thats what players/ customer should do normally, but they don’t. That is why Players got what they deserve for months. They complaints and still give money to the game or play it. Makes no sense.
To be honest everyone should give them 0 Points Review on Steam and stop buying anything and than the servers would be fixed. But that is probably not gonna happen. I will not spend a single cent anymore tho
