The in game store is to confusing and isn't good value for money

I wanted to buy a striker skin from your store, I bought 1k crystals not knowing I needed 2.4k. I tried to work out your store but it’s to complicated because there are too many charts and currencies that I don’t have context too because I can’t see the auction house to see the value of gold. Here are some pointers that I’ve made:

  1. Get rid of crystals and just have gems, so players can still buy the gems with gold, but players can also sell the gems for gold.

  2. Change your pricing structure so I’m not put into a situation where I either don’t have enough gems to buy want I want, or I have to buy more gems than I need for the item I want.

  3. Lower the price of your skins so they’re more competitive with other MMO’s. The most expensive skins I can buy from games like Final Fantasy 14 and Guild Wars 2 is £11.16, asking for £35 for a skin that will work on only one character is too much.

  4. Make the auction house ready at level 10 so players can see the value of the gold they could buy with real money so they can make an informed decision.

  5. I’ve included a picture from Guild Wars 2 on how they do a exchange system as yours is to confusing. You can type in the box next to the gold coin/gem and you are then updated with how much gold you need to buy the gems you want or how much gold you will get from the gems you bought with real money. Because you have Crystals and Gems, it’s too complicated and left me frustrated to the point I didn’t want to use it as I felt it was complicated on purpose to scam me.

  1. This is intentional to make you spend more money.
