Every single issue is
“We are aware”
“We are working on it”
“That isnt possible at this time”
“We cannot do that”
“This is not a feature”
"Please submit a ticket (more on that later and why can we not do this in game?!)
That is in response to the questions they actually address. For the other hundreds on unanswered or unaddressed questions its safe to assume those would be the replies anyway.
Im not blaming the CM although I do feel (after looking at questions asked vs questions answered on here) that there are huge issues that never get a reply at all while things like cash shop updates seem to get responses as of late. This could be due to just not having answers to things being asked. Like lawmaker skin changes, why items in 2nd founder packs arent tradeable, why the guardian hp bloat, why are eu central servers still open and a myriad of others.
I also feel there is a certain attitude from all of AGS that feels like “hey if you have a problem, dont worry about it…EU cant even play the game”.
Yes that is tragic and I wish everyone could play. Is that any reason to ignore all the other problems in game? This game support is lacking at best.
The silence is deafening on many major issues. The mistakes even before launch have been monumental. (I am still salty that founders packs contents were magically tradeable after being told for weeks they would be bound). They are messing up at every turn and the occasional reply of “we are aware and working on it” to one out of every 200 problems is getting stale at this point.
We really need more frequent communication to let us know if we should keep investing time in this game for the long haul.
I will say this. You guys are screwing EU players with ultra lackluster incentive to change servers even though it is your only solution put forth. Just give them what they paid for and some extra on top. Seriously i hope they sort you guys out soon.
This is no knock at Roxx or any other CM. It is just voicing frustration at the overall silence of a game riddled with crippling issues for a large chunck of people
