The Market Place is under maintenance?

Hello friends,

i want to grab my twitch prime loot from today and recognized that my product inventory showed up the 3 items from the drops but if i click on it, the inventory is empty.

However i restarted my game and now my crystaline aura is gone my blue crystals are gone my product inventory not show the 3 drops anymore (even the little red 3 in the corner of the icon) and if i click on the shop (either F4 or click on it) i get the msg “The Market Place is under maintenance” is it though? Someone else has this problem? I realy hope the Aura thing doesn’t start all over again NotLikeThis

i’m sorry you’re having issues with missing twitch drops and Crysalline Aura in your product inventory.

Kindly try the below Troubleshooting steps to see if your able to resolve it.

Make sure you are not using a VPN.

Sign into Amazon Sign-In

Unlink your Amazon account from blue Steam text on the right.

Re-link the account.

Run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

After all steps above:
*** Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on,and try the game again.**
