Despite having a Steam account with the mobile authenticator enabled and playing for 2-3 weeks, Lost Ark is still displaying the “Not Trusted” message when attempting to access trading features. While my Steam account doesn’t have a VAC ban for a different game, various forum posts suggest that this should not impact my ability to use Lost Ark. Additionally, I have spent more than $5 on Steam in the past 30 days and have taken measures to secure my account with 2-Factor Authentication. The server name where I am experiencing this issue is Kadan, and my character name is Onyxslicer.
As far as i know you have to spend money on the game directly to get the trusted status.

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received trusted status yet, this is the official information that we have to obtain Trusted status in Lost Ark:
If you have met these requirement but you haven’t get the Trusted Status, then you can contact our support team and investigate it further.
