I believe downloading is available on 7th Feb. I assume the server open on 8th Feb.

as far as i know this is the lost ark shop , it is just to download the game and soon we can start playing it at 8.2 at 00;01

On steam still says the 11th of February
Some counties use the days first and then month followed by year…. So technically he is right … but it Is feb 7th preload and playable 8th
I too received this email. 2/7/2022.
Why am I not worried? It’s simple, in some countries the dates are in this order: day/month/year (07/02/2022) and other months/day/year (02/07/2022)
My guess is you bought the pack in Amazon, correct? This implies the steam code will be released to you on the 7th.
I hope the Director announces the servers are now live during his conference.
